Shipping

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Spain.
Orders within Spain are delivered through Celeris or GLS, while international shipments are handled by UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination.
Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–5 working days
Rest of the world: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures or local holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Exchanges and Returns

We hope you love your T.ba piece, but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange it, you may do so within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Before sending your item back, please contact our customer care team at eshop@tbalife.com to receive the necessary instructions and return authorization.

Returned items must be:

Unused and undamaged
Clean and with all original tags intact
Packed securely in their original packaging or equivalent protection

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as T.ba cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

For exchanges, please contact our team at eshop@tbalife.com to arrange the process and confirm product availability.

Important Notes

Items that have been altered, or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Any customs charges incurred due to failure to follow the return or exchange instructions provided by our team will be the customer’s responsibility, and T.ba will not be held liable for such costs.
